10/24/23 - The Super Mito Group seminar held its 1st meeting. Thanks to participants, organizers (Ceci Caino & Maria Amaya) and sponsors (the Cancer Center and the Nutrition and Obesity Research Center) for making this event a success.
10/13/23 - Ceci participated in a career panel with Wistar Alumni—it was a great way to catch up with colleagues and trainees to discuss challenges and rewards of establishing an independent research lab in academia and celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month.

3/31/22 - Madison’s review on the role of mitochondrial trafficking in metastasis was one of the Top Cited papers from Cancer Reports (Wiley).
3/29/22 - Dillon’s F31 predoctoral application from NCI is funded! This fellowship will support his work on the mechanisms by which mitochondria enable metastatic dissemination. Congratulations, Dillon!
